What you can expect from Abundant Life Solutions
Sessions are available at an agreed time over a 10-month period and are scheduled in advance.
- 1 Full hour session once a month either in person, via phone or videoconferencing software at a prearranged set time
- 2 x 3o minute accountability call between monthly sessions at a prearranged set time
- Access through email contact for questions that may arise throughout the month ( up to 8 per month)
